• At the moment, the mapping tool is NOT Mobile or Touchscreen friendly. That is coming! We recommend using a desktop computer.

• The print and mailing service is priced at a flat rate based on your total addresses. Exceeding a quantity break will increase your price bracket. For the best value, try to get your addresses as close as possible.

• The maximum allowed addresses using this tool is 40,000 pieces. Larger mailings must be processed as separate orders.

• Searching by zip code will limit your route selection to just that zip code.

• For targeting a wide area, enter an address central to your target area.

• By default, the mapping tool includes businesses. To target residential listings only, click on "residential only" at the bottom right of the Selections [&] Pricing section. Note, targeting only businesses is not allowed with EDDM.

  • Can I have the design I made for download? I spent a lot of time on it and would like to use the sign design agian

    Hello Sam,

    The online designer does not have a download feature because some of our designs or graphic assets require license purchases every time they are ordered (which we take care of). Your artwork does not get exported into an actual PDF unless a purchase is made and then we license the proper stock artwork / elements. Once you make a purchase, shoot us your order number and we will export and send over your files. Email printing@windowcleaningresource.com.

  • I did not receive any H-Stakes. I was under the impression that the signs came with free stakes, but my box of signs arrived yesterday with no stakes to be found. ORDER 4101745
