Returns & Guarantee

WCR Print Satisfaction Guarantee:

At WCR Print, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us in writing via our online support system within six (6) business days of receiving your order. If we do not receive communication within this timeframe, we will assume your satisfaction with the order, and we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. Upon notification, WCR Print will assess the concern within five (5) business days to determine if the product meets our quality standards or if additional information is needed. We reserve the right to request physical samples or photographic evidence of any allegedly defective products. If it is determined that your order is defective or does not meet our quality standards, WCR Print will:

  • Reprint the order with expedited production, or
  • Provide a full refund of the original order price upon return of the defective products.

First-time retail customers or customers experiencing a first-time issue with an order subtotal up to $125 qualify for our Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. You must return the entire product order to receive a full refund of the printing cost only. Refunds will be issued within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the returned order. Reprints will commence within one (1) business day upon receipt of the returned product or as otherwise agreed.

WCR Print guarantees our printed products will meet industry standards and will rectify errors related to cutting, print quality, color accuracy within CMYK limitations, print shifts, and delays attributable to our production processes. Please review our policy carefully, as the following scenarios do not qualify for refunds, returns, or reprints:

  • Orders refused at delivery or undeliverable (re-shipment at customer's expense).
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer resulting in lost, delayed, or returned shipments.
  • Production or shipping delays caused by inaccurate customer information.
  • Shipping company delays, natural disasters, labor disputes, or events beyond our control.
  • Color variations due to conversions from RGB or Pantone colors to CMYK.
  • Errors within customer-provided files, such as typos, incorrect graphics, improper bleeds, grammar errors, damaged fonts, incorrect die lines, transparency issues, and incorrect dimensions.
  • Distorted images or prints due to customer files below 300 DPI or improperly formatted.
  • Slight variations in color or ink density; WCR Print does not color match or ink-density match.
  • Issues related to printing or writing capability on the finished product unless explicitly stated in product descriptions.
  • Duplicate orders or orders canceled after production initiation.
  • Dated materials arriving after intended use or with insufficient lead-time provided by the customer.
  • Customer violations of WCR Print's terms and conditions.
  • Undetected malicious software or viruses within customer-provided files.
  • Loss or damage of stored customer content or information.
  • Failure to notify the customer of shipment delays or inaccuracies.
  • Orders released by shipping providers without obtaining a customer signature.

We reserve the right to update and revise this Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns/Reprint Policy without prior notice. Any updates will be noted by a revision to the "last updated" date at the top of this policy. Please review this policy frequently, as the policy effective at the time of your order placement will govern that order.
