WindowCleaner.com operates 24/7 and they are available at all times. The printing and marketing department is a separate division which operates typically on Monday through Friday from 8 am through 5 pm EST. Orders may be placed 24/7/365.
I don't see what I want on the site
Step 1, don’t panic! If you are looking for a printing product, have no fear, we print pretty much everything. Reach out to us and tell us what you are looking for and we can either show you where it is on the site, or process a custom order for you.
Can you send me samples?
That really all depends. We do indeed keep samples of printed jobs, but as a courtesy to our customers, we do not share custom artwork without explicit permission. Reach out to us and we will see what we can do about sending out some specific samples or stock options to look at.
